Privacy Policy

The Miller Firm, A Professional Law Corporation (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information in accordance with applicable California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and our obligations as a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct and other legal obligations.

It does not apply to protected legal information exempt under the CCPA/CPRA, such as information collected under an attorney-client relationship.

 We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, consistent with our legal obligations and retention policies under applicable law and the Rules of Professional Conduct.

8. Minors

 Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental consent. 

9. Changes to This Policy

 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Material changes will be posted on our website.
